Bellarific Friday

Here is my card for this week's challenge. It's called Funky Clothesline. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The polka dots have glitter. I used my scallop oval punch from Stamping Up for the sentiment. I can't remember where I picked up the paper. I think Bella Land too maybe. Have you all checked out all the new releases? Awesome stuff. I'm in LOVE with those Lulu's!

This is one of my favourite Sarah Kays. She's called Picnic Time. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper is from Costco, the ribbon is CTMH, and the button is from a big mixed bag my Mom picked up for me at Zellers. The sentiment is also CTMH. I used a corner punch from CM.

This weeks challenge at Karen's blog is Beach Theme. My friend Christine let me borrow this cute little Tilda. I think she's called Tilda By The Sea. I coloured her Prismas and blended with OMS. I used a clear glaze pen on the water, and also a blue one. The paper and charm is from Stamping Bella. The oval is cut from my CM cutting system and then I used scalloped scissors around the edge.

This is an image from Stamping Up. It's in a set called A Kind Word. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper is from Pointer's. I used Prima flowers and a brad from CTMH.

Just For You...

Good Monday morning everyone. The sun is shining for now, but it's supposed to rain again this afternoon. I wonder if instead of making cards, I should be building an ark.

So here is my card for today. She is Tilda with Tag. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper is from a great little 6 x 6 pack I picked up at Stamping Bella. I cut the circle that she is sitting on with my Creative Memories cutting system. The flower is punched from 3 different size flowers.

Well Hello everyone! I'm sorry I was MIA for a few days. Things were a little hectic around here. I hope to be back on track now. This card is for the challenge on Karen's blog. This week is Christmas in July.The stamps, paper and ribbon are all from Close To My Heart. The glitter is Stamping Bella. I used my fabulous new punch from Stamping Up to make the slots for the ribbon. It is wonderful.

I used my new Spellbinders that I picked up at Bella this week. The paper and glitter is also from there. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS.

Whatcha doing?

I coloured this image awhile ago and really struggled with the way she looked. I changed the colour of the grass. It seems ok now. She is from High Hopes and is called Jolee's Little Friend. Sad news in the world of High Hopes. As of July 31, we will no longer be able to buy directly from them. We have to do it through a retailer. I guess it's time to stock up. She is coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The baubles and glitter are from Stamping Bella. The paper is from CM, CTMH, and Costco.

Rest & Relaxation

I have to thank my good friend Christine for how this card looks. From the stamp to the finishing touches. This is a Tilda from her new summer collection that she was kind enough to let me borrow. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. I used a white pen from Stamping Bella. The flower brad is from Stamping Up. They are beautiful. I'll have to invest in some more.

I'm on holiday this week, so I'm hoping to get some sun today and possibly a few cards done.

The dots on her dress I made with a fabulous pen I picked up at Stamping Bella. The charm is also from there.(Actually I'm on my way there now.) What to buy, what to buy?

Thinking of You

I made this card at my monthly club meeting. A group of about 16 girls get together once a month for inspiration and lots of laughs! This was a make & take project. It is a CTMH stamp set. All we did was ink in 2 colours and added lots of glitter. Simple and so pretty.

A Walk Through The Garden

I'm sorry I was so late posting today. For the life of me, I could not get a good pic of this card. I think I must have took nine pics before I liked one. Anyway, this image is a Sarah Kay that I bought at Pointer's. It's called Rose's Garden. She is coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS.(surprise, surprise) The paper I believe is from Stamping Bella as is the glitter. I finally took a crack at using the Spellbinders and I love how it works. I was quite nervous but it wasn't so bad once I read the directions.

Happy Anniversary

I made this card for my husband. Today is our 8th anniversary. I borrowed this stamp from my friend Monica. It's from Stamping Bella and is called Kissieface. The sentiment is also from Stamping Bella. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The ribbon is from CTMH and the paper I picked up at 3 different places.

It looks like another terrible day here, so far it's only 14 degrees. Time to pull out the winter jackets.

I borrowed this stamp from my friend Kelli. Isn't she cute? I'm not sure what she's called. I coloured with Prismas and blended wtih OMS. I used CTMH glitter on her wings and flowers. The punch is from Martha Stewart.

Happy 4th of July!

Well the weather still isn't very nice here. Hopefully our friends south of the border have better luck for the festivities today. These are two seperate stamps from High Hopes. Meet Ally Rose and Bobby Lee. I used Tuxedo Black memento ink, coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper is from a pack I bought at Costco. The "ribbon" punch is a Martha Stewart. It's hard to tell from the picture that the fireworks have glitter. (Thanks to Carolyn for the great ideas.)I made this last night at our monthly club meeting. Pajama Day

Well everyone it has been a long week. I'm off today for my Canada day. I had to work Wednesday. If you ask me, having a long weekend is much better. This image is from High Hopes. She is called Chrissy's Snuggle Bear. I think she has the right idea in jammies. I may just stay this way today and make cards. Hubby's at work. Imagine what I could get done! So again I stamped with Tuxedo black memento ink and coloured with Prismas.

Bellarific Challenge

This is my card for the challenge this week. It is the first time I've sent anything in. When I saw Atty 'tude loves her 'tinis at Bella last week I had to have her! This stamp is so much fun. I coloured her with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper and glitter dots are also from Bella. I glittered her earrings and flowers and used liquid glass on her sunglasses and 'tinis. I wonder if my friend Monica is enjoying her apple martinis while on vacation this week. (watch out for the floor) Enjoy!

I hope the weather stays nice long enough to get the fireworks tonight. The sun is shining now, but who knows in 5 minutes? This is a High Hopes stamp. It is called Beavers Romance and also comes with a nice saying. The "luvs" is part of the stamp and you can fill in whatever you want. I thought what better image for Canada Day than the Beaver!
