This weeks challenge at Karen's blog is Beach Theme. My friend Christine let me borrow this cute little Tilda. I think she's called Tilda By The Sea. I coloured her Prismas and blended with OMS. I used a clear glaze pen on the water, and also a blue one. The paper and charm is from Stamping Bella. The oval is cut from my CM cutting system and then I used scalloped scissors around the edge.
