It's a Boy!

Well it is a beautiful sunny day here. Has anyone noticed the days are staying a little bit lighter longer? I noticed one day last week on my way home from work. a town I usually drive through in the dark was still visible! That's a good sign. Summer's coming! Anyway I made this card for my cousin Cindy. The image is from Penny Black and the sentiment is Stampin Up. I bought the charm at Michael's. Thanks for stopping by.

This is the card I made for work this year. The paper, ribbon and stamp came from Michael's and embossed with my snowflake folder.

Santa called...

This is a digital image I found. I gave this card to my sister Pam. She loved it. I hope everyone had a lovely holiday. I got some fabulous new stamps and punches I can't wait to use.

I made this card for my nephew Max. I just wish we could see the grass here. It has snowed everyday since Sunday and apparently it's going to continue. Time to buy a plane ticket!

Our friends Mike and Melissa had a baby girl on Tuesday. She is adorable. This is the card I made for her. The dress is from Stamping Bella and the sentiment is Stamping Up. On the inside I used a CTMH stamp set.

Happy Birthday Dad!

Hi everyone! I think we can say summer is actually over now. I put away the capris and pulled out the long pants and sweaters. I made this card for my father in law. When I saw this image at Karen's doodles I knew I had to have him. He looks exactly like my father in law who also rides a motorcycle. I wrote on the flag with a marker as it comes blank. I coloured with my Prismas, but I used a black glaze pen on the bike and a clear one on his glasses and handlebars.

Happy 4th of July

Another gorgeous day here in Ontario. This is Izzie from Stamping Bella. I paper pieced her hat, outfit and balloons. Doesn't she look like a sweet little American girl? I'm giving this card to Monica. Her husband is from Long Island.

Below are the cookies I made for our Canada Day BBQ. I got the recipe off of Christine's blog. I baked them and then used a stamp I hadn't used before. I dipped it in red food colouring. I think they turned out pretty good, as I don't usually spend much time in the kitchen. When I do there tends to be more swearing going on than anything else. I hope you all have a wonderful day whatever you may be doing.

Well it turned out to be a lovely day here. When I woke up this morning it was a little chilly. I made this card for the Bellarific challenge this week. We had to make a square card. I absolutely love how this turned out. My stamp is called Angelina (by Mo Manning) I coloured her up with our good old red and white and used tons of glitter on the balloons. Enjoy the festivities. Can't wait for the fireworks tonight.

Bellarific Friday

This weeks challenge is "Summer's Coming". It's funny, I was wearing the exact same outfit today. Except Bella looks way better. Did any of you get to Stamping Bella today? Emily has a FABULOUS sale on! 10 % off on everything and another 5% if you're paying cash. It will last till Sunday. Lets just say I picked up a few goodies. Happy stamping to me! She also had a new release this past Monday. Lots of things to choose from. My MO collection is growing wonderfully. It is not supposed to be a very nice weekend weather wise, so maybe I can get some colouring done.

This is a card I made for my cousins wedding. On the outside I used Stamping Bella stamps and on the inside I used my Just Rite stamps to personalize it.

Happy Mother's Day

My goodness! How many of you saw snow yesterday? It was still here when I woke up this morning. Yuk! Funny thing is my husband is now outside cutting the grass. Only in Canada eh! I made this card for my Mom. It is a Great Impressions stamp. I just love it. I coloured with Prismas, used my glaze pen on the jars, and a little glitter. I ran the blue cardstock through the cuttlebug and layered two pieces of ribbon. Mom loved it too.

May Flowers

This is the card I did for the Bella challenge this week. It had to have some form of flower on it. I think this stamp is called Happy Flowers. I may give this card to my mother in law. I haven't decided yet. I do have another one in mind. The weather has turned cold here and it's supposed to be in the minus by Sunday. Brrr! Stay warm friends.

Good morning! It is a nice sunny day. To bad it's not a little bit warmer. Think positive, it's coming. This is the card I made for the Bella challenge this week. We had to follow a sketch. I like sketches. It makes it so much easier when you don't have a clue what you're going to do. I used Phoebe Ketto. Coloured with Prismas and used a little glaze and glitter.

Love Is In The Air

Hi everyone. Thanks for stopping by. I made this card for the High Hopes Challenge. I used Mooshie Steals a Kiss. The kissing booth is also a HH stamp. I may save this card for my husband or give it to my inlaws for their anniversary next week. Haven't quite decided yet.
