This precious little one is from Penny Black. She came in a transparent set called Tiny Wishes. I can't find a name for her though. I coloured with Prismas and blended with OMS. The paper is Wisteria from Basic Grey. I used my new MS loop punch to make the "ribbon" and two flower punches for the flower. I cut her out with my Spellbinders. She has a little glitter on her rose.
Oh Tanya...I just love this image and how you layed out the card. Ok..I really want that punch for the flowers and the punch that you used for the ribbon! This is an awesome card. I love the soft blues! You have inspired me Tanya!
